Zoë’s Chocolate Co. is a new venture by a seasoned chocolatier, and backed by a 100-year chocolate making tradition. After working with other chocolate companies for over thirty years, Chocolatier George Tsoukatos craved the artistic ability to create, experiment and improve. This freedom could only be achieved in his own kitchen.

Preparations began in late 2006, and in September of 2007, George and his family opened the doors to Zoë’s Chocolate Co. “The easiest part of this journey was coming up with the name,” George says, “for Zoë means life. It is my mother’s name, it is the name I gave to my first daughter, and it is the name I gave to my company - because when I create chocolates, they in turn give life back to me.”
